It seems there’s a problem with 13.0.0 and they released 13.0.1 to address it
Yes, we are aware of that issue already. While 13.0.1 is already deployed, we also verified that no corruption for action secrets is present using the dedicated sanity check tool:
./actions-secrets-migration-to-keying /tmp/current |& grep 'encoded prior to v13'
Which yielded no output.
