I just registered a new account, strangely directly after registration I was forwarded to the forum and after I accepted the Oauth2 request I was forwarded to the following topic in the forum: Git commit email address
I expected instead to land on the codefloe.com main page.
Edit: Also the avatar on the forum is not yet updated to the one uploaded on Forgejo, but maybe it just takes some time?

We’ve just tried this with a new sign-up and weren’t able to reproduce. Did you maybe hit the “Forum” button in the navbar right after registration finished by accident? Maybe through a hotkey? There are no hidden redirects or any other modifications to the standard Forgejo registration flow.

A sync with the CodeFloe avatar might not be supported - but that’s a good hint, we haven’t had this on the radar yet!
OK, who knows what happened. I remember I visited this forum page couple of hours ago, so maybe there was some cookie set that made this happen to me. Nevermind 
@mahlzahn We have tweaked the sync config on login for avatars from the configured auth provider. Can you check if this triggers an update for you now?
Previously, the avatar was only synced on registration. Given your first post, you might have logged into the forum before you uploaded an avatar in CodeFloe? Which might explain why yours is missing here currently.
