SSL handshake error & error message when using custom domains

I think I have the same problem as mentioned here: Difficulty with custom domain

I also tried to add the root level domain and the www subdomain, but I’m getting SSL handshake errors. As I understand it, the problem persists. @codefloe , would you be so kind and manually sync my domains with statichost, too?

Jup, unfortunately the Pages integration is broken currently. We’ve been aware of that and are already in contact with the Statichost team.

Right now, we can’t even add the custom domains ourselves and hence also not resolve the SSL errors. We hope that this is being resolved quickly.

We will also set up integration checks in the near future to assert the overall integration better and add this status result to our uptime status page, so users can evaluate the status themselves more easily.

Sorry again and thanks for your patience!

Everything should be working again - please disable/enable the site again and set the domains you want in the options. Let us know if it worked!

I’ve tried to disable and enable pages again and when I’m adding my custom domain I’m still getting the message:

Domains saved but failed to sync with StaticHost: StaticHost site not found. The site may not exist.

Also both my custom domain and the default domain don’t seem to work anymore.

This is on us, sorry - we forgot to merge the PR we tested this against and re-applied the default branch, which didn’t contain the fix a few hours ago. The PR is now in and deployed.

We re-enabled your site and it got processed correctly. You can now add your custom domain!

Thank you for your effort! I can confirm it’s working as intended now.
